Born in Mechelen, Belgium on 1 September 1957.

Diving is my passion, the step to underwater filming was quickly added. Whiteshark is the nickname that I like to hide behind.

As a CMAS instructor I give the passion of diving to a lot of people.

Technical diving has only been started later.

The purchase of a rEvo rebreather was the big revelation.

When the Full Trimix certification was achieved the deep diving could begin. Unknown depths and the wrecks became my main motive.

With diving on M.V. Ephyra, the North Sea became my second home. It was a privilege to dive in the golden years of wreck diving on the North Sea.

From Normandy, France, England and Belgium till Jutland, Norway.

Also Bali became one of my favourite diving spots. The magical underwater world of Bali has so excited me that I have to go back every year.
